Let's bring the Builder community together. Meet Grayson & Gentry Smith, the founders of Intuidy, and hear from real builders and companies using Intuidy.
There are two problems here, and only one of them is local.
The local one: Kansas City already has AI builders, and they are invisible to each other. They sit inside insurance agencies, trucking and logistics companies, studios, manufacturers, and city departments — people who have quietly put real systems into production. There is no standing room where they meet, so each of them solves the same problems alone, from scratch, and nobody in the city gets the benefit of what any of them learned.
The broader one: the national AI conversation is about models and demos. The part nobody convenes around is the distance between a demo and something a business depends on Monday morning — the data plumbing, the permissions, the definitions, the governance. That work is unglamorous, and it is the entire job. This night is built around that gap rather than around the hype cycle.
At 5:45 the floor goes to people who have actually shipped on Intuidy, and they've been asked to talk about what broke, not just what worked.
At 6:30 the room splits into breakouts — working sessions with the engineers who built the platform in the room. Not a vendor booth.
And the same night, the platform opens up. The next step after a good conversation is building, not booking a call.
This is the first of a recurring series, because this kind of value compounds. The same faces showing up several times a year is a cohort. Once a year is a photo.
Everything built on Intuidy so far was delivered by our own team, one engagement at a time — roughly 40 custom tools that way.
On October 29, we open the platform to outside builders.
Intuidy for Builders is hands-on access with no sales call in front of it:
Everyone in the room on the 29th gets free access.
Operators at mid-market Kansas City companies — manufacturing, logistics, insurance, construction, healthcare, real estate. You own both the data and the pain, and you get left out of AI events pitched at founders.
City and county leaders, and public-sector technology staff. What you're being sold at national conferences is already being built in your own backyard, usually faster and usually cheaper.
Engineers and technical solo builders — the people who will actually ship, whoever they work for.
Students and instructors from area universities and training programs, for exposure to production work rather than coursework.
The ecosystem and capital side. The fastest way to grow this sector is to make its practitioners visible to each other, and to the people who can fund them.
Engineers. Solopreneurs. Small teams. Enterprise operators. Civic leaders. If you make things happen, you belong here.
